Once you've paid for your booth, you must apply for a GRIC business license. Below is the application and a sample application to help!! First day of convention sales is Saturday, September 20, 2025, but submit the application for Friday - Sunday because vendor load in is Friday! The example provided below is for a fictional LLC based out of AZ.
Event Name and Location: 3rd Annual Gathering of the Ghouls, Rawhide Event Center
Special Event Dates: $50 application - 9/19/2025 - 9/21/2025
STEP 1 - Receive email that you're approved to vend at Ghouls 2025 - complete exhibitor agreement.
STEP 2 - Pay for your booth.
STEP 3 - Apply for the GRIC business license & pay the $50 special event business license fee to GRIC direct. Once approved, send license number Gina at terrortrader2@gmail.com
